The final walkthrough was detailed and they encouraged us to point out even small concerns. One bathroom sink drained slowly after move-in, but warranty service fixed it within the same week.

They replied the next day to set up an appointment at our house to discuss the project and take measurements. Ashlynn was on time for the appointment, very personable and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to what we wanted, asked insightful questions, and was very thorough in discussing possible options and telling us what we could expect in the estimate process. Northlight recently completed a major master bathroom/bedroom addition at my 1970's home. Having managed some small remodel work myself, I knew what I wanted and had high expectations for this project. Northlight was exceptional and exceeded my expectations all the way through. Communication was clear and prompt during the entire process from design to construction. I was especially happy with the on-site project manager, Craig Halsan. He was fantastic to work with and really kept the project moving and me in the loop the whole time. I highly recommend Northlight - worth every penny!
