I can't say enough good things about 1st Response HVAC! They've been my hvac people since 2015 and have never disappointed me. I've consistently received excellent service at a fair price and no matter who I talk with in the office or at the job site, they deliver. They regularly serviced a heat pump and furnace at my old property and just installed a tankless water heater and replaced my gas fireplace and all components of it at my new house. Rylan and Jake were my installers and they are both professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really nice guys in general. Riley came to our house to provide us an estimate for a new furnace and tankless water heater. He gave me all the time I needed to answer all my questions in detail and educated me on furnace types, etc…. He was patient, friendly and thorough with his questions and answers. He did not try to upsell. In fact, he was quite clear in what he felt I needed and didn’t need. In all, he was just a pleasure to work with.
After talking to 3 different companies for installing our mini splits. This company were the only ones that came across professionally. From the minute i spoke to adyson on the phone to braxten coming to my house an estimate and the wonderful tradespeople, rylan, jake and riley, who installed our mini splits. These 3 young men were so conscientious in the work they did - it was wonderful to have them in our home. Probably the best company i have ever dealt with. Well done 1st Response. It says a lot about the owner, braxten, who picks and trains good people and treats them well because they enjoy their work and treat each very well. Thank you all!
