So happy we found urban renovation because they were able to add the finishing touches to our renovation that we haven’t had the chance to complete on our own. Sheet rock, trim, doors, and tile work all excellent execution and we love how our house has come together. They are kind and passionate about their work. We would recommend them to any of our friends.“

“JD Remodel and Repair (Adolfo) is responsive, professional, and offers very reasonable prices on repair and remodeling services.After a water damage incident in our basement laundry room, we needed a bunch of drywall repair and new flooring. After a few months of going to the laundromat, we decided to get the laundry room repaired first.Adolfo gave reasonable timelines and estimates for everything and we were impressed with the amount of work he got done everyday as a 1-man team. He's a genuine person and just wonderful to work with. He did a great job with the drywall and tiling the laundry room.(Unfortunately I had to remove one star because the last day when he applied texture to the drywall, he didn't cover any of the light switches/plumbing/electrical outlets so the flecks of texture got everywhere)Update: Adolfo reached out to address my concerns and offered to provide additional cleanup. Many contractors would either not respond or give excuses so I updated my rating :)“

“James did a great job on some misc fixes around my house. He was able to fix 3 doors that weren't closing or latching properly, fix a cabinet drawer that was misaligned after it got painted, and fix a window shade that kept falling off. He was on time, organized, and very efficient with his time - not to mention he did a great job on the fixes requested. He also took the time to explain what he did and how he was able to correct some of the issues. I definitely would hire MTC in the future!“

“Okay so we find ourselves in this world where the big noise is that we must protect our own butts so someone out there doesn’t take us to the cleaner because we trusted them to do the job they said they would do. You know, like in the good old days, the American way. Quality, integrity, pride in the work we do. Well today I happily paid a gentleman some of my very hard earned money to replace my well worn roof. Elder of Monumental Roofing said he would come on Tuesday and replace my roof for a reasonable rate and he would take care of a small issue with a gutter and was not worried that my roof was way up high and quite steep. He said they would clean up after they were done and I would not know they were there. After they had left. Well what do you know, his team showed up on time and here it is Thursday afternoon and I have a new roof as agreed and my yard is cleaner than it was when they came! The gentlemen, and I use the word in the most literal sense, took to their job in a most admirable and professional manner. They cleaned up as they worked, they were respectful of our privacy and were friendly to boot. I will recommend Elder Quintana and Monumental Roofing to anyone who asks. They are the real deal. “Ngo handyman was hired to install a glass shower corner unit for our 1/2 bath on the ground floor. This project required digging concrete to put in drain pipe as well as electrical for the water heater. We had to reschedule a few times because the shipper couldn't deliver the whole set in one piece due to broken glasses. Mr. Ngo was very patience with us and adjusted his schedule accordingly. He charged very reasonably for this project and professional work on this project was outstanding. We're very happy with then final product as seen here (attached). Also, he's very honest about getting the most bang for your bucks. I would definitely trust and use him for my future projects. An A++ for customer services, price, and workmanship. He's a great plumber and electrician. Definitely a great general contractor for all your needs.“
