Some reviews are good, others not so much! I had a generally good experience with Window Genie. The price seemed ok. A two-person crew sent to my home was prompt (even slightly early). They worked with one fellow inside my house while the other cleaned the outside windows. The workers were friendly and seemed to know their stuff, however there are two or three places where the windows were left a bit streaky. I probably would hire them again and just supervise them a little more closely.

Had moss removal in March. Come July there was still some left. Contacted Jacob and he sent a crew out for second treatment at no cost. Window Genie and Jacob are a class act. Highly recommend!!

The individuals who came out were very respectful and professionally friendly. They did a great job and I felt safe in my home while they worked. Then, the clue: both were army veterans! I hope you continue to employ vets. They were awesome!Services: Rooftop/skylight cleaning
