Eric did a great job renovating our 1980’s house. He demolished a brick object (planter/fish tank stand??) in our sunken living room and raised the sunken living room so all floors are level; and installed hardwood and vinyl throughout the house. He took out a dropped ceiling in the kitchen, removed all popcorn ceilings, textured and painted the entire interior. He replaced all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and fixtures (except the dishwasher). He installed bathroom mirrors and bathroom and all light fixtures and fans throughout the house.
