My lock from the house to the garage went bad and I hired the lock doctor. He arrived on time and in 30 minutes diagnosed the problem got the parts out of his mobile van and had my lock repaired and working. Plus some good conversation while he worked. He is a Military retiree and really good at his craft. Impressive. Highly recommend.

Our keys (and car) were stolen and I called around to several locksmiths because I wanted to get our locks rekeyed immediately. All the locksmiths I called were unable to make a house call the same day, and were booked out 2+ weeks. I called The Lock Doctor and Rod answered the phone, but was on another job and wasn't sure if he'd have time to come out. He called me about 30 minutes later and said he could come by! I was ever so grateful. He rekeyed our locks and left me feeling a bit safer. He even gave me some cool and useful swag - I think he knew I'd had a bad day and was trying to cheer me up. Thank you to this wonderful man! My 2yo son locked himself in our car and he was on site in the 10 minutes he quoted and then he charged me nothing for it! He’s truly a knight in shining armor!
