Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Krystal got us scheduled right away and when Zach came out to do the service, he was on-time, super polite and tidy, got the clog cleared in minutes and gave me great advice on a better fixture. Zach is not just an excellent plumber, but a personable and respectful young man. Kudos to the Sound Rooter family for being a shining example of customer service. You'll be my first call for all future plumbing needs!
Crystal and Marcus came out right away and were very kind. Although they weren’t able to assist at this time we weren’t charged a fee/trip charge and they had a referral name for us to contact. I so much appreciated them coming out right away and their professionalism. I will definitely be calling them for future assistance.
