Their website says click here to save your place in line. It is not true! The receptionist at the facility says it is their biggest frustration that there is a button online that makes people think they are registered in line that says hold your place in line, asks for your info and gives you an estimated time to arrive but it does not do anything for them on their end and you don’t get put in the line until you actually arrive at the place. She encouraged me to write a review because they have to apologize to dozens of patients every day who have then wasted an extra hour or two of their day thinking they are in line and staff have begged the company to be accurate...read full review
They ate always do kind from checking in at the front to being helped. The place is clean, the triage process is fast and the doctors are always rotating so I often see the dame doctor sometimes. They always remember me! I tell everyone to go here for urgent care needs, always!
Such a clean facility always! Every time I go to this facility they treat me with care. I felt so much as If I was family by all the staff. If I spell names or miss someone don’t be offended I’m still not tip top shape. I was greeted by *Danielle the nurse friendly and felt like she always is listening to me and trying to get to the bottom of the situation aka super helpful!
