I really appreciate everything they did for me at Penrose. Everyone, from the people at the front who greeted me as I walked in, to the therapists who designed my treatment plan, were all easy to talk to, helpful, and encouraging. I've improved so much because of them. I can't thank them enough!

Penrose PT is the best thing that ever happened to us. All of the staff, from the gals at the front desk to each of the therapists and including Jennifer herself, make us feel warm and welcome. They become our friends. They're so patient and work so hard with us to help us get better. I always recommend Penrose to my friends and acquaintances if they're in need of physical therapy. Absolutely the best in the Olympia area!!

I'm impressed by all of Penrose's staff! They're considerate, patient, and good listeners. The staff are great about recommending the appropriate exercises for my situation and the MedBridge Go app is a very convenient way to work on your program.
