Good location with friendly and helpful staff! The print and copy center has a great employee, Debra. She goes above and beyond to help customers. The check out staff at the front is equally as helpful.

I ordered a next-day-ready print job at this store. I called the store next day at 4 pm asking when my order was going to be ready for a pick up. I was told it would be ready by 9pm. Technically it is next day, but definitely outside of regular business hours.I went to pickup my order the following morning. Printing department had a really long line and only 1 employee working. Since I had a pick up only, I asked an employee that I saw in the store at the pick up location . She said she was busy doing something else, she'd come back to help me. She didn't. RE: photo printing servicesAbout a third of the numerous pics I ordered came out whereby the images were cut ... either the tops were cut off, or a person or words were cut off on the sides, rendering them useless as prints. I am not a happy camper.I will say they offer good customer service at the Lacey location. But not sure I'd recommend them for photo printing.
