I went to Merle Norman for a makeover and lesson with my Mom for a very special event by Misty. I was so impressed by the makeup application it looked airbrushed and flawless! We were going to a drag concert so our eye makeup was very dramatic but still looked amazing and it lasted all night long! Misty was very clean and sanitary with the makeup and tools. I didn't get any breakouts from this new makeup so the ingredients are very high quality and clean. Misty was friendly and easy to talk to to and made the experience very fun. This review is difficult for me. As far as the staff they were phenomenal. I have worn wigs for over 15 years and never had an issue with them until this one most of mine last at least a year many times much more. I take really good care of them this one they last less than three months I start having issues with it the Velcro doesn’t hold, and even though it is just synthetic not a heat resistant synthetic it doesn’t look fresh ever. I always condition it after washing and use Silicon in between. I am just stumped over what the problem could be
Merle Norman cosmetics in Lacey is wonderful. It's always clean and there's a wonderful lady there who has helped me with some skin care by the name of Lori. She's a beautiful Hispanic looking lady but does she ever know her stuff. Oh, did I say she could chat you up. She could sell me on anything. She has amazing advice on both Merle Norman cosmetics, skin care, and even wigs. This gal deserves a raise.......
