Renae was methodical and thorough with massaging my all my muscles. She was very intuitive which areas required a bit more work. The sports massage is the way to go as I start traing for half marathon races this spring.

I'm a Disabled Veteran that just moved into the area. I struggle with chronic back and shoulder pain. After two 1-hour sessions with Renae L my daily pain level was reduced by 80%. Renae immediately focused on my problem areas and helped me understand the nature of my issues and gave me advice on stretching techniques. Great Job!

I’ve had a lot of massages from different therapists in Washington, Colorado and Arizona. Renae is probably the most intuitive therapist I’ve had do body work. Things that most people gloss over or skip (for me it’s my lower back and glutes) she finds where work is needed, and spends time on them until they’re loose. She also recommended how I can care for myself in the interim. Highly recommend a 90 minute session.
