After being a distance runner for a couple of years, I decided to go back into weight training. I injured by back 3 times in 7 weeks with fairly light weights. On the advice of a personal trainer, I went in for a deep tissue corrective massage.It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life, but the moments of discomfort were brief, and otherwise it was a pleasant experience.
