Prior to appointment: I requested an appointment and completed the physical history survey all through their website. It took a couple weeks to get a call back. The website communicates that they process appointment requests in the order of when received, so when they call, I recommend not missing the call or getting back to them ASAP.
Scheduling: this was straight forward, they call and you hash out scheduling. Leading up to the appointment many reminders were sent, via email and text, according to my preferences selected when I did the online survey.

Went to the dermatology clinic for animals, for my dog with hair loss problems, and all the staff were very nice. The vet I saw was very nice and had a positive personality, obviously eager to help find out what her doggo patients are suffering from. I am scheduled to go back multiple times for continued treatment and appointments check ups, and look forward to it. :)
Dr. Wyatt and all the staff were superb in every way! I am so, so grateful to have found her to help treat our baby, Buzz; I finally feel confident about a diagnosis and treatment! I cannot recommend this clinic enough!
