We started our flooring journey in May 2023. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I walked in B&R and saw so many types of flooring to choose from. Our exceptional salesperson Brian made us comfortable and listened to what we were thinking about and then led us to find different options. From walking through the door and meeting Chip, who greeted me, to scheduling, to the installation team, and the installation itself. My experience with B and R flooring was top-notch.I shopped at every local Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater area store for flooring. I decided to go with B and R flooring because of Chips' easygoing, friendly personality and his knowledge, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond to help me find the right carpet. We want to thank B&R Flooring for their great customer service. Angel was so helpful, attentive, patient and informative to my wife's and I needs. She was always available if we had questions. She guided us through the process of selecting the right flooring and contractors to install the floors. If you need new flooring I highly recommend talking to Angela. The installers Jeff and Casey were meticulous and professional during the install. They cleaned the worksite everyday, were courteous / polite and on time every day. We love our floors.
