Just moved from out of state and were with a VCA hospital prior. Loved them and wanted to stay with the "family" Rose Hill didn't disappoint. Everyone there was so pleasant and helpful and our Missy loved all the butt scratches and praise.
We have had to bring our precious Felix in twice and let me tell you I couldn't be happier. Doctor Mark was awesome. He explained everything he intended on doing very clearly and was willing to answer any questions I had without hesitation. I want to give kudos also to Tawnya in the back assisting with Felix's procedure. I heard she took it upon herself to pay special attention to his care afterwards. Don't want to leave out Karen at the front with her awesome team that is there to greet you with a super smile and positive attitude. I believe this hospital feels like home from the moment you come in the door. Kudos to management at Rose Hill and their amazing team.
