If I can give it negative star, I would. I called to ask to get a simple one layer summer dress hemmed. He told me to come in. I drove there right away.It turned out he doesnt know how to do alterations, not even measuring. He tried to pin the dress like an amatuer and ended up with uneven length. I suggested him to use a stick ruler to measure the absolute length from the floor like most seamstress would do. He tried, got frustrated and gave up. No apologies also. Wasted my time. And I wouldnt feel comfortable having him do it. US cleaner really should not be offering alteration services. It doesnt seem like they know how to do it. They charge quite alot too. My wife has an antique beaded flapper dress that belonged to her great aunt, or something. It's yellow, beautiful, and nearly 100 years old. It got something on it, and given its age and delicate nature, we wanted to get it dry cleaned. The guy at US warned me that old stains don't always come out, but it was worth $20 to try. Got the dress back and it's perfect! Stain, gone. The rest of the unique, classic dress, preserved! That's a solid win! I don't have much use for dry cleaning, but when I do I'll go here.

The lady who owe this busy is rude ! She yelled at me for asking a price to clean my sweater. I said 10 seems expensive but ok . I wasn't going to say no or go somewhere else cause I was already there . Then she said why you say expensive? Excuse me ? I said Nevermine I'll take my business else where . Omg so rude !!!!!!!
