We have been working with Joshua Kapp at TruGreen and he turned out to be awesome! Joshua is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He patiently explained what services were available and the cost of each. We agreed on a plan that met our needs and fit our budget. The certified specialist came out the next day and we had our first lawn treatment. It was a pleasure working with Joshua and we look forward to having a beautiful lawn going forward. Give TruGreen a try, you won't be sorry!
The tech is a really great guy. The company grossly underestimated the time he needed. They underestimated last time too. He wasn’t able to do the overseeding and it needs to be rescheduled ASAP. I hope they give him enough time, AND SEED, to do the job right when he comes back.
