    I started going to the HOP almost 6 months ago after my boyfriend continued to rave about his amazing experiences as a member there. As someone newer to training, I was kind of nervous to try it out. Quickly, the positive environment and vibrant community made me feel so comfortable and integrated.     I’ve been a member of the HOP for a little over 2 years. The positives I can say I’ve experienced are;

    - The support of the community in the gym. The athletes check in on one another, the staff are excited to help you with your health/fitness goals.

    As long as you come into the gym with a positive mindset looking to better your life, you’ll...read full review
