Taming Tension Massage Therapy

Krista gave a great massage, my arm was recently broken and she has been a great help working out the knots in my arm muscles to help with pain relief. Highly recommend. She did a great job with helping prevent my scar tissue adhesion.

Krista really works to get to the root of the problem. She uses her knowledge of anatomy and asks questions as she goes, to make sure she can weed out what isn't causing the pain, and get to what area or areas are. She is very proactive and intuitive in her work. Every time I get up from the table, I walk away relieved! She is very good at what she does!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Krista knows what she is doing!! Basically I point to a sore spot and she tells me the medical name for the muscle and then she thoroughly fixes it. It's awesome. I always leave the massage table feeling really glad I went.
