I made great progress on my back working with Erin Konkle. I am grateful. People should know that Erin and the other PTs are highly trained exercise specialists. Erin put together a "rest of my life" exercise plan that hopefully will prevent me from becoming a returning customer. I HIGHLY recommend that those with a chronic condition build such a plan with your PT. If you currently have an exercise routine, have your PT review it and watch you work. I was amazed at what I was doing wrong and never supposed to do so again. Ignorance is not bliss.
