“I love this place. The woman inside was amazing and she took great care of my long wool coat and my wool Canada Goose jacket. Best dry cleaner and both jackets came back looking brand spanking new. Pricing was great too and I'll definitely be taking all my my jackets here for dry cleaning again.I'd worn my wool Canada Goose jacket on a numerous amount of climbing outings and there were some dark stains on the pockets and the wrist cuffs of the sleeves and all of the stains were gone when the jackets were returned!“

“The guy working here is incredibly terse and borderline rude, the opening hours are also incorrect both on their shop front and online, but I have to say that the work that they did on a coat I brought in was outstanding, the coat had moth damage and seemed beyond repair, somehow they managed to make it look as good as new, seriously impressive. If you can ignore the rudeness, it's worth it.“

I bought a gown from the bridal suite that wasn’t exactly what I wanted, and Elena made so many beautiful alterations that it looked like an entirely different gown. We had so many fittings and I asked so many things of her, and she was always incredibly nice and patient and her work was just PERFECT! Walking down the aisle would have been a completely different experience without her. “My suit jacket was altered flawlessly, even though it is reclaimed vintage fabric that is difficult to work with. She is quite expensive, but if you need high quality work done then you can rely on her. I only had 6 days before leaving town for a wedding. She charged $150 to take in the waist and shorten the arms of my delicate suit jacket (April 2023). Details like wrist buttons and seam lines were preserved - on the hanger it looked like the original, but when I put it on it fit perfectly. Loads of compliments at the wedding!“
“This lady has been here a long time. She knows her people . i had a feather bed dry cleaned. it took a week but she had it done early . also told me to let it sit in sun to get chemical smell from dry cleaning to subside. i’d not of done this w/ o her telling me to do so!“

“I have been going here for a very long time. They are fantastic! It's not just dry cleaning, she (a very nice lady) and her husband do all sorts of alterations and repairs. I can't sew a button back on without breaking down and weeping in frustration, so I am glad they are just down the street! Their turnaround time is great, and their prices are reasonable. I was talking to her today; they have been there for 21 years! That says a lot, especially for Seattle. Highly recommended!“
