These guys are serious scam artists. We only used them because we needed a new kitchen stat and there was a pandemic. They only offered us 2 types of countertop. I was not allowed to have any other type. Some of the draws do not slide properly and several of the outlets that they installed are broken. I called them many times to ask them to fix the three broken outlets and the drawers and closet doors that won't open or close properly and each time he said he would come. I spent several days waiting indoors for him each time he said he would come. Eventually he stopped returning my calls. One year later project ($20k patio replacement) is still not complete. I made the mistake of paying them in full before completion thinking that they would come back to finish the project. I've made 8 follow ups over last 4 months and the requests were mostly ignored. They finally came out one time but left after a few minutes because they didn't be bring the right material, and that was over a month ago.(This company is the same as Fagu Construction)
Fabricio was initially very responsive to the job and got started quickly. The scope of my project was large, ~12K$ roof PVC replacement. However, from there, the experience became very stressful. The invoice from the project came from "Seattle ART Construction", but the phone number and business card referred to FAGU construction, hence the review here. The crew of 3+ people that was supposed to come was mostly 1 person, with a helper here and there. They were never on time and late by a few hours each day. The constructions site was disorganized, there were bits and screws everywhere. After the project finished, there was a big problem with a new leak that didn't exist before. Fabricio has not responded to email or phone. At this point, I just want to warn others before taking on larger, more complex projects with FAGU construction or Seattle ART Construction.
