“I came in for a walk in piercing and the shop was clearly busy but they still squeezed me in. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I did not wait long at all. Afterwards I felt a little light headed and needed to lay down. The receptionist gave me a water bottle and put a roll of paper towels under my ankles so my legs would be elevated as the blood returned to my head and then continued to check on me. Exceptional customer service :)“
