Had a 60 min massage with Koko(?). This was an excellent quality massage. She hit all the problem areas with my back and leveraged the table to do so. I asked for hard pressure and she delivered. She did check in on me a few times about the pressure which was good. She used elbows and forearms a lot and was not stingy with the oil. The hot towel came from the room, so she did not need to leave to obtain. Her pressure and technique were perfect and ranks as one of the better massages thus far. Changing my review to 3 stars. The last few times I went in for a massage it was horrible. The last masseuse was falling asleep during my massage, I had to ask her if everything was alright several times and it was a bad massage.

This is heaven here on earth. Janet is so so talented. I have been having facials at O Spa for almost a year now. And have had them from New York to Florida, to Houston/Dallas, to LA and now Seattle and Kirkland for decades. O Spa is by far the very best spa and the very best facial I have ever had. And it is consistently so. Janet is the sweetest, most considerate and talented aesthetician I have ever encountered.
