Lake Washington Integrative Medicine

I started going to see Kate at Lake Washington Integrative Medicine initially for some ongoing pain, and irritability. My benefits cover acupuncture and Kate was listed as a naturopathic provider on their website. During my initial appointment, we discussed overall health habits and reviewed some of the supplements I've been taking. Kate was incredibly sympathetic when listening and offered an array of resources and recommendations that I could explore on my own time in a follow-up email.

Incredible acupuncture experience all around!! I was referred to Kate by the PT I was seeing and am so happy to have found her! I originally went in for golders elbow that wasn’t getting better. I tried PT, rest, various strengthening exercises and nothing was working. I started seeing Kate a few times a week and after about a month of going I was already feeling better. I was pregnant during that time and continued to see her throughout my pregnancy, up until the week I gave birth. After a complicated hip surgery several years ago, my progress was slow until I began treatment by Kate Chilson at LWIM. I've seen significant improvement in my mobility and my muscles are now more receptive to strengthening through exercise.
