I first started seeing Dr. Emily at top Kirkland Family Chiropractic for my chronic migraines, and some overall stiffness in my shoulders and upper back. Dr. Emily was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and the benefits that chiropractic care could have to help both with migraines and stiffness but also for my overall health in general. Dr. Dowling is an amazing chiropractor. He's flexible with when timing and makes sure to listen to what you need. He helped me a lot after I got hurt at work and I was pregnant.

Why is there not a 10-star rating? If any place deserves such a prestigious rating, it would be Dr. Dowling. I've been lucky to call my self a patient of Dr. Dowling for about the last five years. Dr. Dowling agreed to treat me despite the severity of my injury and place himself at risk. I've made decent progress over the years, and Dr. Dowling has been at the center of my care. He's much more than the stereotypical stigma of a "Chiropractor." His knowledge of the human body
