My family have been going to Dr. Kim's office since 2009. The practice is clean, professional and gentle to young customers as I have had 3 children see her. I have never had any issues with the billing nor would I seek another dentist as she's the best. I know people complain about getting appointments but .............COVID. What business has not had their troubles dealing with staff shortages since the pandemic.
Fantastic team! They are always cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you are comfortable and clearly understand your xrays and what needs to be done and why. The office is spotless and I have never had trouble with parking. They also do a great job of reminding you of your appoinment. I have been a patient for years.
Great experience with Dr. Jen Kim and her hygienist. Everything ran on schedule, the office is sanitized, clean and modern. I found the hygienist to be gentle but firm on the cleaning, and Dr. Kim to be thorough and efficient in her evaluation - make sure to see her! Great place to come for a second opinion on a treatment that you're not sure about - even for something as small as a cavity. Dr. Kim seems conservative in her approach to dental health (in a very good way, not overtreating or recommending unnecessary procedures).
