“I don't usually post anything online, so my 'web-presence' is virtually non-existant. However, I feel like it would be neglectful to not offer a review for Jennifer. Very recently, she helped us find suitable 24/7 care for our mother -- who became ill and hospitalized twice in two-weeks unable to care for herself adequately. Jennifer worked with us and our mother's case manager at the hospital to locate the care she required. Jennifer is knowledgeable, well-connected, patient, and kind. After learning what was available and looking at one nice option, Jennifer listened to our concerns and found exactly what we asked for regarding location, amenities and services. Ultimately, this worriesome life-changing condition regarding our mothers health and independence resulted in acquiring admittance to a very nice facility. We are confident that our mother is being cared for very well, her condition has since improved, and she really seems to like where she is at. I hope you never find yourself in a similar situation with an immediate need of these services, but if you do trust me that Jennifer knows what she's doing and that she has your back -- she was the answer to our prayers.“
“My family and I have never been more pleased with a home care agency. The kindness that we have received is unimaginable. We don’t feel like a number. We feel like a priority and that speaks volumes. Great agency and wonderful people!“
“I cannot say enough good things about Homewatch CareGivers. They were attentive to our every need and identified a wonderful caregiver for my mom. She was perfect. Then when my mom suddenly required overnight care, they quickly found someone very qualified to provide that service. Unfortunately, my mom passed suddenly, and we were unable to use the agency for long. I only wish we had found them sooner. I will recommend them to all my friends in the area. It is rare to find such a combination of professionalism and deep care for clients.“
“When my father was very ill and needed in-home care, we searched for a quality and responsive provider. Our case manager at the hospital suggested we try The Home Care Company. From my first call with Andrea, and ongoing care from excellent caregivers like Kari and June Ruth, we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Andrea, and her team, couldn't have been more responsive to our needs as they changed. The caregivers were kind, helpful, and provided such great care that our visiting nurses from Kaiser all commented to us what great caregivers we have--that the care my father was receiving was really compassionate and high-quality. I recommend them totally.“
“Home Instead in Mountlake Terrace is the reason my dad is doing so well after a fall. Their response to our short-notice need was immediate - we had care in place within 24 hours! The owner, Bruce, obviously cares about families. Lynn, the intake person who came out, was a delight. The caregivers assigned to us were excellent. Timely, attentive, kind, personable and focused on providing care. These folks' hearts are in the right place and we're so very glad they were there in our time of need. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.“
“Amazing place staff is amazing and the management is great the best care possible for the resident“
“Seacare has been integral in caring for my grandma while she has been on hospice. They have highly trained caregivers who really care about their clients. I know that I am able to step away and allow them to care for her as they take pride in their work, skill and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.“
“A Kind Heart offers a very comprehensive, detailed and holistic approach when it comes to delivering home care to their clients. Family members can have total peace of mind, knowing that they’re significant others or loved ones are being well taken care of by trained and experienced caregivers at AKH.“
“My overall experience with Everhome is pretty decent. Naudia and Jodelle are two of the employees that I happen to come in contact with; they were transparent for the most part. Chala is the main man that I dealt with when it came to adjusting my preferences. The client I was assigned to work with was not a great match; and I felt like giving up multiple times. Every time I contacted him he was always willing to lend a hand and give me advice. He is the reason to how I stayed with not the client only but the agency itself. Thank you Chala for your hard work and dedication to not only the caregivers but to your clients as well. You are greatly appreciated. Everhome should be very proud to have you as their employee.“
“Cheryl, Renee, Amber and Ben... These are the folks here at APPS that I've had the pleasure working with as a life insurance agent scheduling nearly all my medical exams with APPS. They're down to earth, friendly, have bent over backwards to schedule some appointments for me and solved some scheduling problems for me. I really enjoy working with them! Give them a shot!“

“The care quality of the team is exceptional. They take the time to accommodate to their clients' needs as well as employees. They are always a phone call/text away whenever I've had questions/concerns. Thank you WALH!“
“I'm working with Fedelta for 8 years and my experience with them was wonderful If you put your skills your heart and patience in assisting people in need the office team will look all the time to help you. Positive kind and honest is the key to be a good caregiver and to build good relationships with everyone“
“Ujatcare gave me the opportunity to learn something which was absolutely new to me. I joined the first-ever batch of Interns at Ujatcare and it was the most spontaneous decision of my life. That 2months of training helped me learn a lot about digital marketing and its applications in business. It’s a really fun experience and not to forget, it added great value to my resume. Didn’t know the basics of digital marketing and here I am now flaunting my skills to everyone I know. Nonetheless, it also taught me how networking works and how you can use them for your benefit. The mentors were very supportive and helpful, they made it very smooth for us. Thankful!“
“My husband was a patient at Bothell Healthcare for Rehab after suffering small strokes in January. We feel fortunate and grateful for all the wonderful care and therapy he received there. He was finally able to return home after 3 months. I was happy to be able to visit him as much as I wanted during the day. We enjoyed having a very large private room with bathroom and shower with a refrigerator and overlooking a nice large courtyard. Since he was there during the height of Covid cases we were impressed by their Infection Control policies. Everyone visiting and entering the facility signs in on a kiosk which asks pertinent Covid health questions and then dispenses a badge. At that time, face shields and N-95 masks were required and provided to staff and visitors. That policy has relaxed somewhat to only surgical face masks are required and provided. Overall the housekeeping was very good and generally the facility is quite clean. Generally the food was alright but really institutional although they do try to accommodate special needs. Their meal philosophy is set up with generally heavier lunches and then lighter dinners like soups, salads and sandwiches. The facility is managed by Julie Bingman who is a RN and the Administrator. She does a top notch job making tough decisions and is visible walking around in the halls to her office. A new wing is even in the planning stages for the near future. It felt like the staff really seemed to enjoy working there, generally seemed to get along well with each other and often were seen laughing together. The staff on the 400 hall where my husband was a patient were kind, help and understanding. Sometimes our call light might be on for a little while but it was because the staff were busy carrying for other patients. They work very hard during these difficult times caused by Covid. They would often come in with an explanation or apology for a wait. We especially thank everyone especially the charge nurse Desi, Jennifer and Tanya at the Front Desks, CNAs Percy, Joe, Michael, Gladys, Victoria, Chance, Kim, Ezie, Ying, Claire, Sara and the two med nurses named Kay. The Physical and Occupational Therapy Department under the supervision of Danielle was excellent. Susan in Speech Therapy was also very helpful. We were lucky to have really great therapists like Blake PT and Shannon OT almost routinely and had other good ones like Mary, Ann, Cindy, Aaron and Carolyn when they were off. My husband generally had Rehab almost daily including weekends. He clearly improved quickly. Then Helen the Social Worker was helpful in making the transition back home. We hope my husband will not need to go through Rehab again but if so, we would highly recommend Bothell Healthcare and definitely happily return there again.“
“I was referred to EvergreenHealth Home Care for hospice care for my loved one. Contacting them was an easy process and they made all the arrangements within 2 days after learning of the urgency. The social worker came to assess the situation, went over the binder with all the information and contacts, and gave me the support I needed. The bed and all other equipment were delivered on a Wednesday after calling them Tuesday morning. Nurse Venus came over on Wednesday evening to familiarize me with the process - from medication to adjusting the bed, changing diapers, etc. She was very respectful and showed a lot of compassion, understanding and patience. I was a wreck and she walked me through what to expect and gave me all the contact numbers I may need. My loved one was only in hospice care for a day, but the care and compassion shown to me by nurse Venus and the staff at the office helped me through this most difficult time. Months after my loved one passed, they continue to send me materials on grief along with their program schedule for counseling. I highly recommend EvergreenHealth Home Care.“
