I want to give five stars to the sweetest, most delightful office manager At Monroe therapeutic massage of Totem Lake !!! Anita F. is like a bouquet of sunshine and flowers coming through the phone! She has the ability to make you feel good about life even if you owe money for a massage therapy bill! Munro Theraputic massage is very fortunate indeed to have Anita F. at their location as the office manager !Kudos to Anita for making a little bit of spring sunshine in an otherwise damp and dreary winter!!!!!

Worst massage experience - despite showing up early for my service, I was shorted on time for a "consultation" making my massage time only 40 minutes. This was followed by a poor massage service and even worse reception desk service demanding a prescription when my insurance doesn't require it. When I was able to submit a prescription they suddenly tell me it's taken too long, they will not submit to insurance and I need to pay them directly. No due date for this unnecessary input was ever provided. Utterly shocked at their unwillingness to foster customer relations and their clear intent to push their work back onto the client.
