Very warm and friendly staff.Lily is a great dental assistant (hygienist?).Dr Liu talks you through his entire process. He's gentle and thorough with a lovely demeanor. I highly recommend their services.

I usually get really anxious going to the dentist. However the team here at Kirkland Gentle Dental helped me feel really comfortable and at ease with the whole process. Definitely going back to them for any basic work I have to get done on my teeth.

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a while but had an excellent experience with the hygienist and dentist. Least uncomfortable cleaning I’ve had in my life and will be returning.Insurance was not confirmed prior to me arriving to the office which could have been an issue but wasn’t. Based on other reviews there is clearly an issue with admin that is hindering the success of the practice. Would be helpful to see the owner replying with what steps have been taken to mitigate the issues that have arisen from other patrons.
