Just had my first eye exam here after moving to the area. Dr. Golitz and his staff (Rebecca and Jennifer) were professional and wonderful. They have a new digital refraction machine which allows performing a vision test without the doctor having to manually swap out lenses repeatedly. Dr. Golitz patiently explained the options available to me and their pros and cons (mono vision vs multi focal, for example). Rebecca helped to look up my insurance and explained the coverage fully. I asked for some documents via email afterwards and Jennifer responded quickly. Thank you!

This review is for Jenny, who is A-maaazing!! Her customer service while knowing we wouldn't be a customer in their own office was super appreciative & applauding! With someone as helpful & kind as her in the frontline at their office, I can only imagine their services as a whole.. :) After weeks of scrolling & calling the eye providers listed on our insurance network and being told they don't take our insurance, I came across this office while going further down the list. Jenny had answered & gave me the same response so again, I apologized & explained that everyone listed on the site had the exact same thing..
