The rude representative and Doctor Moodley Brendon were not helpful at all. They did not respond to requests or assist the patient who really needed care.
Dr. Moodley is by far the worst doctor I have ever seen. I had two appointments for foot pain and each lasted barely 10 minutes and he barely even looked at my feet. On intake they did x rays which he glanced at, then made an assumption and ordered me CT scans which turned out to be VERY expensive, and then when the CT scans showed up nothing he realized that there was a smudge on the original x ray which he had thought looked like an issue. He did not apologize for his mistake, which cost me hundreds, and then suggested I see a neurologist.
