My puppies and I have been patients for years. We see Dr. Wilcox primarily, but all the doctors are awesome. The front desk staff is just the best. I'd hire all of them. Their friendliness and genuine concern for your call/visit is noteworthy. It would be nice if our human doctors' offices showed the same level of detail and friendliness.
They saved our dog's life! When our 3 year old German Shepherd was running and tried to jump onto an icy deck she slipped and smashed into the side of the deck and apparently ruptured her diaphragm and her organs all squished to her front. We drove her to Evergreen Veterinary Hospital and they quickly diagnosed her then canceled all other vet appointments so they could operate on her. They told us later that she died on the table but were able to resuscitate her. Her recovery took a while but she is fully recovered and it is as if she never had thst accident. We refer to her as our miracle dog but the miracle was our vet!
The staff and veterinarian were kind, clear, and compassionate throughout our visit. They made time to see us sooner than expected, were honest and straightforward about Bella’s condition, and took the time to explain next steps without pressure.
I also appreciated how understanding and accommodating they were of my situation, including respectfully noting an important scheduling request. Their professionalism and empathy made a difficult visit much easier to navigate.
