Paul has been great every time I’ve used his services. I’ve worked with him multiple times and couldn’t be happier. He always shows up on time, is very communicative, does excellent work, and leaves everything spotless. His prices are also very reasonable.
I recently reached out for a quote to replace my water heater, and not only did he have the best price, but when he came out, he honestly explained that it wasn’t time to replace it yet. He took the time to explain what to watch for and when it would make sense to replace it. I really appreciate his honesty and would definitely recommend him!
Called the Saturday after Christmas with a toilet that we could not unclog - Paul arrived less than an hour and a half later, fixed the stubborn clog in under 30 seconds, instructed me in how to do it myself, and then checked and adjusted the water line to the toilet tank to fix a leak. His visit was quick and efficient, and he refused to charge me a cent!

I got a great price for excellent quality and customer service. Highly recomend.
Easy to talk to, easy to schedule and easy to work with. Excellent service on switching out my main water line valves, adjusting some piping, and identifing and resolving a leak. The pipes by my main feel much more sturdy!
They also patiently explained what was going on and set my expectations for what we might find after we open up a wall. I hate surprises and I happily didn't get any.
