What a great company! Answered the phone right away, even though it was after hours, and knew from the description what and how to fix the issue. Once he arrived he fixed the problem right away and was very professional, courteous and clean! Will definitely use again. Highly recommend

I have used Ascend Plumbing in the past, but after today’s experience I wanted to provide a review for people looking for a quality plumber. I had a plumbing emergency today and Michael was responsive and quick to come help. He quickly took care of the issue and even went above and beyond to check all the other plumbing in my home. More than this, his prices for this were more than reasonable. It is evident that Michael is not out to nickel and dime people. I have already referred him to family and friends, however this has solidified the phenomenal work Michael does CONSISTENTLY.

I personally witnessed this company go out of their way to help a dog in distress!! To help a family, to put community first!! I cannot speak highly enough about the kind of men who would stop and reschedule their jobs to help an elderly couple with their very elderly dog. They chose compassion and kindness and that is a rare find these days. This company will receive all of my business and recommendations and I am honored to have worked with them! Mont and McKinley are superstars.
