“Raj and Eric were amazingly helpful. I woke up to a really loud buzzing in my kitchen. When I called Raj, he explained what could be happening. He and Eric came out just a few hours later. While here, they also fixed a smoke detector that wasn't wired correctly, which I wasn't even aware of, and they fixed a wall socket that had been loose for years. They told me what to do to easily and quickly fix the buzzing sound on my own, but said they'd gladly come back if I wanted.

They did an objective assessment, recommended and implemented fixes to meet code, and worked with the city to provide all necessary documentation and assurances to get our permits closed out. They even made a couple mistakes along the way, and corrected/covered costs without hesitation - sign of a truly trustworthy company. The work can feel expensive, but it is totally worth it after struggling through the poor communication and incompetence of other contractors. So thankful to have found a group with excellent communication and expertise - right in our neighborhood!“

“Adam, Rich & Peyton really proved themselves to be dedicated, hard workers who rose to a significant challenge presented by our 1946 house with outdated everying. Adam was an extraordinary communicator throughout, keeping us updated and informed. There were bumps in the road, including a prolonged power outage and an increased estimate, but it was justified in this case. The ancient bakelite connectors in our meter box disintegrated upon contact and caused a really unsafe working condition. Adam reacted immediately to get SCL workers on the scene for our street's buried power lines, then acted as logistics coordinator between them and the city inspector to make sure our project was addressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. All while working 8-10 hours straight through for two consecutive days with barely any break. His work ethic is a rare find these days and we recommend him very highly.“
