Glad I found this program. It taught me how to eat the right foods and yet still lose weight. It was challenging for someone like myself whose diet consisted of lots of carbs, sugar and dairy. Removing these was not easy, but the benefits outweighed the sacrifice. It’s hard to stick to anything without seeing results, but when following this program, you will see results and pretty quickly. In 2 months I lost 30lbs but more than that, I noticed improvements with my health. More energy, sleeping better and aches/pains I have from other health issues have come much more tolerable.
