Alicia (hope I spelled her name right), is so sweet. She went above and beyond to follow up with me after there was an issue with one of my Platinum Perks coupons. It was valid but not processing in the system correctly. She even spent the time to call me and leave a voicemail to let me know she sorted it out, and I was able to come back and get the product I wanted. As someone who works in customer service too, it was greatly appreciated to be on the receiving end of someone else's service who cares about their customers.

Classy and cool! I love the consistency in customer service each time I visit any of their salons. Great product recommendations and service offerings. Pricing is the absolutely best compared to other competitor salons in the area.
