I left my car feeling absolutely violated after the incident and came back to my car THOROUGHLY cleaned. The receptionist, I believe her name was Joyce was amazing. She was super sweet and welcoming. You come in to schedule an appointment as you cannot leave your car overnight. I had the internal and external servicing done, I took my car in at 10AM and my car was ready for pickup by 2PM. “Nathan truly excelled in his car interior detail service on my Tesla Model 3, leaving the vehicle spotless. However, logistical hurdles tarnished the experience. Initially opting for a mobile detail, I encountered unexpected challenges when Nathan requested water and electric hookup the previous night, which wasn't feasible in my apartment. This prompted a last-minute pivot, resulting in two separate one-hour round trips to transport the car to the studio and back home. Despite Nathan's impressive cleaning prowess, the lack of clarity and inconvenience detracted from a potential five-star rating, particularly given the premium price charged.“

“TLDR: Quick. Gets the job done. Trustworthy. Clear out your car first.Let me start off by saying that I usually do my own vehicle cleaning/waxing/detailing but wasn't able to this time around so I decided to have Max help me out. I knew exactly what I wanted done and listed everything and got a quote pretty quickly. I do appreciate a waxed car (especially the windows) during the rainy season because it makes all the difference when driving--sometimes I don't even need the windshield wipers!Max and Alex worked on my cars and are polite young gentlemen.Rest assured, you will get what you want done and if there is anything awry or something that may need more work, they will let you know before doing anything that wasn't quoted for. I'm sure they would be mindful of decals on your vehicle but I took a second to mention mine before they began cleaning because I didn't want them to be damaged by any pressure washing if any.Prior to your appointment, I highly recommend clearing out your car so they can clean it easily. Remove children's carseats if installed (they can remove them for you but legally you have to put them back yourself).I had two vehicles cleaned in one mobile appointment and it took about 3 hours, even with an unexpected mold discovery (yikes) in one vehicle that we barely ever drive. They were able to determine the cause of the mold--apparently there was a 1ft chunk of weather stripping missing on the rear passenger door that led to the moisture intrusion allowing mold to fester (eek!). Thankfully, they were equipped and knew how to clean it out!They have different stages of interior and exterior cleaning. I specifically wanted one vehicle to be cleaned with a clay bar (stage 2 exterior) and one vehicle to have a carpet shampoo (stage 2 interior). So, I had one vehicle have stage 1 exterior and stage 2 interior while the other vehicle had stage 2 exterior and stage 1 interior. Stage 1 is just bare basics wash, wax, vacuum, wipe down.At the end you can do an inspection and they will touch up anything you find that was missed or needs attention.One thing I do wish they would have done is to have tidied the area and rinsed the soap suds off the driveway and sidewalk after they finished. There were several large soapy puddles that could potentially be hazardous slip zone if trekked on (especially for kids running around the neighborhood), not to mention it did look a tad sloppy on the concrete. Don't get me wrong though, the vehicles were super clean!Venmo is a payment option.Overall, very satisfied with the work done and they saved me a bunch of time (and a sore upper body)!Services: Auto detailing“
