I've relied on Black Lion for all the HVAC needs of the last three homes I've lived in. When I had a big budget, they installed a superb heat pump. When I had a small budget, they sized down to the perfect affordable heating and AC. The repairmen have helped me through frozen pipes and heat domes, making them all-weather friends. I'm really happy to count Black Lion as part of the "team" that keeps my home comfortable and ship-shape.
They were able to provide an appointment for maintenance on my heat pump pretty quickly. Their pricing was better than other companies that I checked with. The technician was very friendly and knowledgable and found a way to save me some money. My only complaint would be that they send to many reminders about your upcoming appointment by using text, phone and email.
Your Black Lion HVAC maintenance technician serviced did a thorough job and answered several questions I asked. He also resolved a persistent thermostat Wi-Fi connection problem. Everything works perfectly.
