I am an active cyclist, hiker and overall fitness enthusiast. While training I utilize the many benefits of massage therapy to advance quicker toward my goals. Finding the right massage therapist can be difficult and unfortunately many are not professional or sanitary. Fortunately, I tried Aroma Spa based on a recommendation from a friend for a 2 hour deep tissue massage. The results greatly improved my sore legs and stiff back.
