I am just wrapping up my second remodel project with ALFA Structures Inc and have had such an incredible experience working with the entire team of professionals.For me, being a private investor, the first and the most important step was to work with the contractor whose company culture promoted its ability to not only listen but deliver on the needs, expectations, and preferences of the client as well. Alex and his team replace our patio flooring and did an excellent job. Responsive, friendly, and very fair price for the quality of work, wouldn't hesitate to go with Alfa again in the future

Excellent work!Replaced a flat roof, did quality repair work to the badly damaged structure, and reframed nicely for proper drainage. They were meticulous and super responsive. It looks great! They charged us pre-inflation rates for the materials that they had on hand, which they didn't have to do (the bid was from March, before the price spike, but we waited to hire them until now) saving us $$$ on their already competitive bid. Such stand up guys. Thanks Alfa!
