A HUGE SHOUTOUT to Dr. Monica and her team, Tammy and Mitchell. I just took our 12 year old cat, Molly, into Tender Touch to meet Dr. Monica. What a seamless experience! Molly was put totally at ease and so was I. All expenses were carefully explained and options made available but no pressure to do more than the needful at present. What an excellent veterinary office to have right by Safeway in Kingston.
It has been a few years since we've had a dog. We just got a new puppy and went back to "our vet". The footprint of the office has changed considerably with the acquisition of the building space next door. The staff are still friendly and courteous, just as I remember. I hope to be seeing them for many years to come for all of our vet needs.
Everyone is really lovely here. They are great about getting you in quickly when needed and keeping you updated every step of the way. My pup is not great with strangers but quickly loved every person she's interacted with here. They even let her sit with them on their lunch break or while she's waiting for me to pick her up, instead of having her wait in a kennel. Best vet experiences (there's been quite a few now) that I've had in my pet's lifetime.
