Love the heated yoga class with Patty; she creates challenging & unique workouts each week with excellent modification options, all while sharing her compassion and wisdom on how to apply what we learn on the mat into our daily lives!
Sweet Santosha is the perfect community for practicing yoga. The instructors are all wise, dedicated, caring, and well trained professionals. Classes are well crafted to meet the needs of diverse students from the advanced to the newest of yogis. Fellow practitioners add to the good spirit and warmth of Sweet Santosha. The local owner's positive attitude and enthusiasm for yoga and her community make this studio a gem in Kingston Washington. Try it, you'll see!!
Sweet Santosha brings to the table so many opportunities to become a part of a yoga community. The instructors and owner meet everyone where they are. So happy to have this wonderful oasis in Kitsap. I love that there are yin to advance classes available.
