1141 NW 53rd St, Seattle“We called Ben’s Plumbing because we had a leak in our basement. They were easy to schedule with and Nic H. came to our home.Nic was really pleasant to work with. He offered to take off his shoes, was friendly and tidy. Nic quickly assessed what our issue was and fixed it, while offering additional expertise to improve our situation (an old drain did not have a cap on it, which it should have). While Nic was here I brought up a few other issues we were having, and he was able to fix them all!! He was knowledgeable about all things plumbing, and he was quick and efficient. We will definitely be using Ben’s Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future, and I will request Nic, too!!“

“I have to put in a good word for Bainbridge Island Plumbing. Despite working 13-hour days of late during the cold snap, they were still able to fit my repair job in when they happened to be in the area. They replaced the brass pipe with more expandable PEX (polyethylene), and the faucet as well. All for a very reasonable price. Quick and professional.“
“It was a pleasure to deal with locally owned Hodge Plumbing. The quality of the advice and the workmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend them.“

4825 NE Totten Rd, Poulsbo“I had a new dishwasher installed by a different plumber and everything was great for a week. Then, even when not running, the dishwasher started beeping and displayed an error code. The code meant water leak. There’s a drip tray with a sensor under the dishwasher and when it collected any water I had to 1) turn power off to the dishwasher (unplug at back of under my sink) and 2) disconnect the sensor and 3) pull out the drip tray to empty it, 4) undo all previous steps. This got old immediately. I had to get on my belly on my kitchen floor to reach the tray. The space is so tiny. I tried to return the dishwasher; Costco would not take it back (am still shocked about that). They tried to arrange service but Whirlpool had no one that would serve Kitsap County. I called the original company who did the install and the person reached under the dishwasher with skinny channel locks and gave the connection a hard twist to tighten it. That did no good and I stopped trusting that company. I suffered for months trying to figure out what to do.
Then my neighbor recommended Trueman because they upgraded his outdoor faucets so beautifully. I spoke with Marcy and then Chris came out and immediately said he would replace the hose. Pure plumbing genius. How could he do that in such a restricted space? He did it! The leak is fixed. I am a fan of Trueman. Ten stars.“

700 NW 42nd St UNIT 203, Seattle“Bruce and his team were fantastic and I highly recommend them for your plumbing work. Throughout our kitchen repair they were fair, fast, and expert in their work. On Bruce's first visit, he gave us good advice to wait and let our sink drain before he did any work to avoid charging us for anything unproductive. On the second visit, he did a thorough investigation of our problem and gave us an accurate estimate of how much and how long it would take to do the work. Given the severity of the problem, he worked his schedule around to get in quickly and finish on time, even with extra scope added to the project. In the end, we got a working kitchen back on time and on budget and are very satisfied customers!“

11422 Pinyon Ave NE, Bainbridge Island“In 2019 & 2020 we had a toilet at Cups Espresso & Cafe in downtown Bainbridge Island that would sometimes get clogged after customers used it - oftentimes beyond what we could plunge on our own. Since it was the only restroom, when that happened, we would need assistance quickly. I came across Approved Plumbing using a Google search after all the other plumbers I called one day couldn't come and help us. Adam came over quickly and fixed the issue immediately, and in the several instances after that. He was always super quick and helpful. Then, after the pattern emerged of the toilet being the issue, he researched different types for us to replace it with so we could avoid having to call him to unclog it. With his help and working with our landlord, the old toilet was replaced and we haven't needed to call a plumber for it since. We'll make sure to keep calling Approved Plumbing for other plumbing needs as they arise, but it was wonderful to have someone who not only fixed the short term problem, but also worked with us on a long term solution that would ultimate save us money.“

2442 NW Market St, Seattle“Mike came out in less than two hours. I thought I had a sewer line problem. We do not have a 4 inch clean out for a camera, so instead of digging a 7 foot deep hole and charging me for that, he had his partner get on my roof and run the camera down our exhaust stack. We found nothing was wrong and Mike saved me thousands by finding a way to get it done. He is now my plumber of choice. You can't go wrong with Mike. He is honest and straight with you.“

903 NW 50th St, Seattle“Fantastic experience. Initially got evaluations from two other plumbing companies about low water pressure in our house, both of whom misdiagnosed the issue. One of them was Beacon, who tried to upsell us, suggesting we re-pipe our entire house. Prima was super helpful and experienced, clearly knew what they were doing, correctly diagnosed the issue, and completed the job for 1/10th the price that Beacon had suggested. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!“
