End result is fine and everything was pleasant. I don't like the online polish selection though; very hard to gauge the colors. I read through a lot of reviews and it sounds like they're great for manicures. I only saw one pedicure review. Will I go back? Unclear. Currently on a quest to determine which place is the best for me after post-covid closure of my favorite.“

“The best pedicure I have had in town. I usually get the deluxe, but this time did the signature which included more massage and it was heavenly. I have had Vincent do my pedi and mani a few times now and he is so meticulous. The usually can accommodate walking in too, which is super helpful.“

“I had John do my pedicure and my full set of acrylics. the whole vibe in the salon is great. John took his time and I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did just that. they have hundreds of colors to choose from. from regular nail polish, gel polish, to the sns powder. I'm new to the area and I'm very particular of what nail salon I go to for my feet and nails and I'm very very impressed with the quality of work, the professionalism, and my nails look amazing and my feet feel like new. highly recommend anyone to come here. “I first went to Slate for a manicure, and Lori made my nails look beautiful! She has a very gentle touch and is kind and personable. After my first appointment, I booked another and also made a hair appointment as I needed a new stylist. I spent nearly 6 hours in the chair, but it was worth it! I have dark brown, long, thick, previously colored hair (pro and box color) with old, brassy highlights at the ends. Cecilia, assisted by Kayla, worked her magic, and I walked out with the color I have been wanting for 20+ years. She applied highlights, babylights, balayage, teasy lights...all sorts of techniques to get my hair where I wanted it to be. She fixed my chopped-off hair (I was frustrated at my dry ends, so I took a pair of kitchen scissors and hacked away). I went in just knowing I wanted a lighter color and a haircut, and Cecilia formulated a plan and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She had no issue taking the time needed to make sure my hair looked amazing and I loved it. Despite the lightening process, which can often lead to dryness, my hair is soft and has beautiful, natural movement. I'm so grateful to have a top-notch salon minutes from my house and I'm so happy to have Cecilia as a stylist.“

“UPDATE 7/19/24: Went back for a refresh on the dip + gel pattern (my nails held up GREAT, only lost one and that was more than 4 weeks in), and this time the design was even better -- more even and consistent across all 10 nails. My nails make me SO HAPPY - I'm sold, never going anywhere else. Thanks, Angel Nails! Angel Nails has become my go-to local nail salon! Super reasonably priced (and 10% off if you pay cash, they have an ATM on-site), and their dip lasts longer than most other places I've tried. Got my first dip + gel design today (with Nina,) and I'm so happy with it! Basic pedicure is basic, but it does the trick.“
