In April of last year, I moved from Kent to Bremerton. I had used Wheeler Painting for about 10 years in Kent. They were fantastic. At the one year warranty inspection of this new build, the inspector identified that the builder—Richmond American Homes—had only put one coat of wrong formulation paint on the house. Additionally, they used flat paint in the three bathrooms. Yes, flat paint! You could still see the wood of the soffits. A neighbor said his daughter ran her hand down the side of their house and paint came off all over her little hands! So…I emailed Michele to seek her help. Mind you they are at best an hour away. Traffic can extend that by 30 minutes! First she sent out Bill who measures and looks at the areas to be painted. (I thoroughly enjoy his visits—kinda’ like a family visit). Then she sent a team of three out here who did a BEAUTIFUL job! 2 coats. They were very professional as all of her staff have been over the years. Their attention to detail was impeccable. Though the inspector said I could wait a year or two to have it repainted, I wanted to protect my investment and sooner than later. I knew that Wheeler Painting could provide that protection! Top quality work! They split a bedroom into two bedrooms, restored water damp from a roof leak and fully painted both new rooms. They paid attention to detail, could not find a flaw in their work! On time daily and stayed on scheduled to complete project by completion date. Communicative about start times and next steps! Easy to get ahold of with all questions! Friendly, could tell workers enjoyed their job and the company they work for! 10/10 would recommend!
Wheeler Painting & Restoration Services were wonderful to have work on our building. All of the workers were friendly, polite, and conscientious. They worked hard, quickly, and quietly, and always cleaned up well. Our project included working on all four units of our condo. I would certainly work with them again and recommend them!
