My sump pump alarm was chirping, and Revy, the Owner contacted me. He was very nice and respectful. He was very informative and patient as I explained my situation. He didn't want me to worry as he wanted his guys to check it out first. He gave me a verbal quote on an AC pump that turned out to be much cheaper than two other companies that I had contacted. Two of his techs came over and both were very polite and professional. They checked out both my sump pumps and both were doing well however, one only needed a battery in the alarm. We had water coming into our basement after the holidays and a period of rain and snow melt. Revy responded to my email quickly and made time to come out for an initial assessment. What seemed fairly simply on the surface turned out to be a rather complex issue in our crawl space. Revy took the time needed to properly and thoroughly assess the issue and presented us with options that would not only address the leaks, but do it in a responsible and cost efficient way. We found Waterproofing Specialist online and Mr. Dearing arrived and was able to diagnose the problem really quickly. He and his team were able to find a door and install it, not problem
