Our home suffered a pipe leak that caused serious damage to the first floor. We needed mold remediation, new kitchen walls, new cabinets, and new floors. We received multiple bids from many different companies around Seattle but could not locate one that could do the entire job. It became clear that it would be a nightmare coordinating among the different companies for different portions of the job. I had the pleasure of working with Matt and his team since March of 2020 when we purchased our first home. We had a brand new structured beam installed, dry wall, and interior paint done before we moved in post inspection call outs. Since, we had asked Matt and his team to build some storage space for us in our detached garage as there weren’t any as well as repainted our patio deck, barn door, and installed posts to hang patio lights. Puget sound builders and renovations did a remodel in my house and my experience was great, Matt and his team were great in communication, price, professional, cleanliness and very friendly, I recommend them without hesitation
